Job summary

The Timberline Group in St. Louis, MO is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Digital Software Engineering team.

This remote-friendly role focuses on designing high-performing, scalable Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, and leading the design and implementation of new capabilities that enhance patient experiences. You will mentor developers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with business owners through the full SDLC using CI/CD and Agile.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven success designing/building Salesforce implementations across the full SDLC using CI/CD and Agile delivery.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching of less senior developers.
Experience with Advanced Lightning Web Component or equivalent (e.g., React/Angular).
Experience with AppExchange App Development and Package creation.

Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; integrate external data via middleware and Salesforce APIs.
Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions and drive technical direction for the team.
Provide Salesforce technical advice, design leadership, and guidance to all team members across projects.
Streamline business operations using Salesforce automation tools.
Design, build, and configure scalable, maintainable applications on the Salesforce platform.
Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes and support across the platform.
Engage in all development phases from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor and guide less-senior developers.
