7-Eleven, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Personalization & Web Properties to lead the engineering teams responsible for driving personalization, decisioning, and web experiences across omnichannel touchpoints.

Qualifications

Leads and grows large engineering teams across personalization and web properties.
Deep understanding of data-driven personalization and omnichannel activation.
Experience designing scalable, secure cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering teams responsible for personalization, decisioning, web properties, and supporting MarTech platforms.
Own the engineering roadmap, delivery strategy, architecture direction, prioritization, and operating cadence for the portfolio.
Define effective hot-path and cold-path data architectures balancing latency and scalability.
