Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sales Systems Operations Lead to manage CRM platform administration, data integrity, and security for the U.S. CRM stack from Princeton, NJ. You will drive technical readiness for launches, coordinate data loads, and ensure smooth cutovers across environments.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations or CRM administration, hands‑on Veeva or similar platform experience, and strong ITIL/CI/CD knowledge. On‑site work with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT operations, CRM administration, or systems engineering experience.
• Hands‑on administration experience with Veeva CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow) including CMDB, incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with release management, CI/CD deployments, and environment governance.
• Experience administering software license management, vendor contracts, and IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end CRM platform administration, uptime, performance, and security for the CRM stack (Veeva+).
• Serve as CI Owner in ServiceNow; maintain CMDB and dependency mapping.
• Manage configuration, sandboxes, environments, and break‑fix activities.
• Triage incidents and requests per ITIL processes; perform root‑cause analysis.
• Handle IAM processes including role‑based access provisioning and recertification.
• Design and execute IT operations test plans for changes and upgrades.
• Monitor logs and health; build dashboards and automated reporting.
• Create runbooks and SOPs for platform support and service desks.
