Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is helping a growing professional services organization fill a CRM & Business Operations Coordinator role in Arlington, VA. This temp-to-hire position focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting reporting, and building dashboards with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CRM administration or sales operations experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of CRM platforms including user access, license management, data quality monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Assist with dashboard creation and reporting enhancements.
• Monitor and improve CRM data accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Support opportunity tracking processes and ensure pipeline records are complete and up to date.
• Provide user support and training for Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Maintain training materials and documentation.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, Contracts, and other teams to resolve system issues and support initiatives.
• Assist with process improvements, workflow documentation, and other business development support.
