Job summary

Brightfin, the AI-powered Financial Management Intelligence Platform, is seeking a CRM & Ops Analyst to own Zoho CRM administration and the related sales operations backbone. You will ensure clean data, reliable reporting, and scalable processes as the sales team grows.

In this hands-on role, you’ll build dashboards, support forecasting and quota tracking, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success to keep pipeline data accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or data analyst role.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot; Zoho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Zoho CRM administration (users, roles, rules, integrations).
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and quota tracking.
