Job summary

Cordance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub stack and to expand into broader business systems ownership over time. The role requires translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and maintaining strong data integrity across CRM, ERP, and data platform layers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HubSpot experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems and teams in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Ability to map data movement across systems and dependencies.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into tickets.
