Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a data-driven marketing professional to assist with audience segmentation for the Premium Sales line and to lead production of targeted email campaigns for designated markets.

You will help facilitate AI-driven sales tools, write scripts, run multivariate tests, and monitor performance while maintaining training materials and dashboards across Salesforce products. Collaboration with CRM leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with ESPs and email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus).
• Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segmentation for sales marketing initiatives.
• Lead production of email marketing campaigns for designated markets.
• Facilitate AI-driven sales tools, including script writing, multivariate testing, and reporting.
• Monitor AI-driven tools and automations for irregularities and opportunities.
• Maintain and update internal training materials and technical documentation.
• Assist with reports and dashboards across Salesforce products.
• Perform routine data operations including imports, updates, deduplication, and hygiene tasks.
• Reports to CRM Director - Premium Sales.
