Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and a proven ability to lead client relationships while optimizing revenue and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Digital media agency experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of digital media platforms and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.
• Interest in sports business and live entertainment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure retention of performance media spend within your client portfolio.
• Quarterback flawless execution of complex digital marketing campaigns and analytics projects.
• Serve as the internal expert on clients’ business challenges and solutions.
• Support growth targets with cross‑channel marketing recommendations.
• Understand and leverage ticketing data and software infrastructure.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
• Lead calls and meetings with clients; develop compelling storylines.
• Guide clients in using Ticketmaster products and reporting tools.
• Assist with copywriting and asset resizing for campaigns.
• Mentor and manage a marketing associate manager.
• Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge.
