Job description

Piper Companiesis seeking aCRM Marketing Managerfor an established insurance company. This is afull-time/permanent positionand isREMOTE, but candidates must be located on theEast Coast and able to work EST.Preference for candidates able to commute on-sight to Cherry Hill, NJ occasionally, potentially once a month!

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage HubSpot for marketing campaigns, activations, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and efficient data flow across systems.
  • Build and maintain MQL rubrics within HubSpot to support lead scoring and qualification.
  • Oversee the integration between HubSpot and Faraday, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Train internal teams on CRM best practices and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT.
  • Generate and distribute marketing lists to external platforms for campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support marketing initiatives (no direct vendor management).

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing HubSpot as a marketing automation platform.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations.
  • Strong understanding of MQL rubrics and lead qualification strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems, ensure data accuracy, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience training users and resolving technical issues in partnership with IT.

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
