Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with Braze, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push).
• Strong data analytics and ROI-focused decision making.

Responsibilities

• Project and stakeholder management: collect insights, scope, align, plan and execute end-to-end, with updates.
• Map customer journeys and define communications throughout the funnel.
• Plan and execute CRM marketing campaigns based on data insights and benchmarks; test and iterate.
• Report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
