Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital marketing or CRM roles.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Hands-on with planning and executing marketing calendars across channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns.
• Support integrated marketing calendar across email, loyalty, and SMS.
• Design and build templates with Figma or Canva.
• Segment, personalize, and automate campaigns.
• Monitor metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Assist with A/B testing of subject lines and content.
• Coordinate with creative, brand, ops, and IT partners.
• Maintain documentation of briefs, calendars, and results.
• Support organic social planning if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
