HoneyBaked Ham Co is seeking a CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns that boost engagement and revenue. You’ll collaborate with the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager to maintain the integrated marketing calendar across email, loyalty, and SMS, ensuring on-brand, timely communications.

The role requires 1–3 years in digital marketing, experience with Attentive or Sailthru, and strong design skills using Figma or Canva.

Formación

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing software or CRM SaaS platforms such as Attentive, Sailthru, or similar
• CPG or QSR experience preferred
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Figma and Canva, and ability to implement a marketing calendar across email, loyalty, and SMS

Responsabilidades

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns
• Maintain integrated marketing calendar across email, loyalty, and SMS
• Design templates using Figma/Canva
• Collaborate on segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times
• Coordinate with creative, brand, operations, and IT partners
• Maintain documentation of briefs, calendars, and results
• Assist with organic social content planning as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
