Job summary

Curology is seeking a CRM Manager - Contractor to design and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, leveraging Iterable to drive engagement, reduce churn, and improve customer lifetime value across email and SMS channels.

You will own segmentation, messaging strategy, copy briefs for designers, and hands-on build, QA, and reporting; collaborate with Analytics and Engineering to create dashboards and data feeds that inform future campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer or subscription business.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Iterable (preferred) or Klaviyo/Braze, including segmentation & templates.
• Experience writing creative briefs and copy, and providing structured feedback to designers.
• Comfort analyzing campaign performance data and applying insights to future campaigns.
• Familiarity with A/B testing for messaging and send strategy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent CRM/lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop segmentation and channel strategies for each CRM campaign and translate goals into audience definitions.
• Define messaging strategy in partnership with stakeholders and refine segmentation based on performance.
• Write copy and develop creative briefs; review and approve creative and audience definitions.
• Build and launch email and SMS campaigns in Iterable; ensure rendering QA and data accuracy.
• Maintain a campaign calendar aligning strategy, creative, and build work.
• Track performance and translate results into recommendations; design and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Analytics or Engineering to establish dashboards or data feeds into Iterable; represent Lifecycle in cross-functional teams.
