Curology is seeking a CRM Manager to lead and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and retention for our Curology and Agency brands. This role, within the Lifecycle team, involves managing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, collaborating across departments to deliver CRM programs with excellence.

Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve customer engagement, increase CTR, reduce churn, and grow revenue through customer LTV.
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including calendar planning, template development, QA/testing, and deployment.
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys (e.g., welcome, win-back, reactivation) targeting key milestones to boost conversion, retention, and winback rates.
- Manage customer segmentation strategies, ensuring data quality, audience targeting, and compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Lead CRM performance analysis, reporting on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and revenue, and apply insights to optimize campaigns. Conduct A/B testing with rigor.
- Proactively manage CRM tools and integrations, recommending improvements and working with engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Stay informed on industry trends to keep Curology competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM operations or lifecycle marketing, preferably in D2C or subscription-based businesses.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable) and customer data management.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- CRM technical skills, including familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar for data analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle management.
- Project management skills to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
