Job summary

Talentify is hiring an Implementation Consultant to bridge new customers with long‑term success on our CRM platform. You will guide setup, data migration, and integrations, and deliver admin training to ensure a tailored, scalable implementation.

You will own onboarding projects, align workflows, and work with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs and continuous improvement. 3+ years in SaaS implementation or CRM consulting preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting.
• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and how customers run their business.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects from kickoff to admin training, with timelines and risks.
• Configure Follow Up Boss to suit client workflows, permissions, lead flows, and phone numbers.
• Manage data migrations and integrations with third‑party tech stacks (IDX, transaction mgmt, lead sources).
• Map system workflows and document how integrations connect to Follow Up Boss.
• Train admin users on setup and features, linking implementation to customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Standardize implementations using playbooks and templates to improve quality.
• Triage issues during implementation and coordinate with Support/Engineering.
• Document client goals and feedback for product/process improvements.
• Provide clear handoffs to CS and Sales with status and next steps.
