Job summary

Talent Management Plus, Inc. is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT capabilities. The role focuses on analyzing processes, configuring CRM and sales applications, and guiding implementation projects across the enterprise.

You will work with multiple CRM platforms (Infor CRM, Salesforce, Tour de Force, HubSpot) and collaborate with sales, IT, and service teams to drive CRM enhancements and training. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations and requirements gathering.
• Experience with CRM project management, system integration projects, and testing.
• Proficiency in documenting detailed business requirements and gap analyses.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
• Strong Excel and MS SQL query capabilities; knowledge of BI reporting tools.
• Knowledge of CRM business processes and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Co-Own Enterprise CRM strategy and support for system users.
• Lead discovery, scoping, implementation, testing and onboarding of STAMP processes and CRM systems.
• Serve as enterprise administrator of CRM applications (Infor CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Build relationships with sales to align CRM with growth plans and opportunities.
• Provide user support for CRM users and coordinate day-to-day operations (new users, data maintenance, backups, training).
• Oversee planning, development, testing, deployment and training of system enhancements.
• Gather requirements with end users and IT to validate needs and drive improvements.
• Communicate new features, maintenance plans, data integrity issues, and campaign processes to users.
• Create documentation and training for Level I & II help desk support.
• Maintain integrations and data imports from ERP, marketing automation and BI tools.
• Lead STAMP program administration and training for staff.
