Job summary

Zoom is seeking a skilled Implementation professional to drive onboarding for a high-volume customer base. You will lead workshops, map CRM structures, and connect CRM setups to sales/marketing workflows, ensuring customers realize value quickly and operate independently post go-live.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, plus familiarity with a modern revenue stack and collaboration with Sales/Marketing/RevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure including Salesforce and/or HubSpot, covering custom objects, field mapping, reporting dependencies, and lead or contact routing logic.
• Familiarity with the B2B GTM ecosystem and how implementation platforms complement sales engagement tools, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
• Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or RevOps teams and understanding key personas.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization and time management across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Baseline technical curiosity and use of AI tools to improve quality and speed of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15 or more concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers from kickoff through launch.
• Conduct architecture discovery sessions to map CRM structures, data sources, and GTM tooling.
• Configure core technical integrations including Salesforce and HubSpot CRM connectors and data warehouses.
• Drive customer milestones across kickoff sessions, workshops, and enablement training.
• Guide integration across GTM ecosystem including sales engagement and marketing automation.
• Track progress, manage delivery risk, and elevate dependencies when needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close of implementations.
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute improvements to playbooks and delivery systems.
