Job summary

24 Seven is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of a CRM platform. You will manage configuration, data migration, and integrations, guiding administrators and power users to achieve tailored implementations that drive long-term customer success.

As an onboarding specialist, you will scope work, sequence milestones, and lead structured calls to keep teams aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer-facing workflows.
• Excellent project management with multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data imports/exports and CSV/Excel.
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-first approach with empathy and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and third-party CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects from kickoff to training and handoffs.
• Configure CRM per client workflows, permissions, and lead flows.
• Manage data migrations, imports/exports, and integrations.
• Document system workflows and connections between platforms.
• Train administrators and power users on setup and features.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, CS, Support, and Engineering.
• Follow implementation playbooks and contribute templates and checklists.
• Diagnose technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Capture client goals and feedback for product improvements.
• Provide detailed project handoffs including risks and next steps.
