Job summary

Mükellef Teknoloji is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Management team. You will design automated journeys in HubSpot, build segments, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CRM, strong English, and hands-on HubSpot experience.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support to drive data-driven decisions. Experience with data dashboards and privacy compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and email automation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, smart lists, and CRM properties.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys using HubSpot workflows.
• Create dynamic lists and segments based on lifecycle stages and data.
• Orchestrate targeted nurture campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell.
• Test subject lines, CTAs, and send times to maximize engagement.
• Build and maintain CRM dashboards to track funnel metrics and KPI.
• Deliver data-driven reports to marketing leadership and teams.
• Ensure data flows between platforms and privacy compliance.
