Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager - Customer Relationship Marketing to lead full-funnel digital campaigns for B2B and B2C. You will forecast performance, manage budgets, and drive innovation across digital strategies.

You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI and account value across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Digital Marketing with B2B and B2C experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams across complex orgs.
• 5+ years in digital performance channels and martech ecosystems.
• 5+ years strategic marketing across B2C and B2B, including SEM and display.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize regional digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, display, affiliates).
• Develop Digital Marketing Specialists and support growth across lines of business.
• Lead personalization testing and optimization to boost customer engagement and lead generation.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and leadership to ensure scalable, measurable initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts for digital marketing efforts.
• Oversee day-to-day engagements to meet objectives and goals.
• Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate channel performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor data privacy and security compliance across regional markets.
• Track industry trends and provide strategic recommendations for future investments.
