Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM to support the execution and optimization of our email & SMS marketing program to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. In this role, you will assist in the daily building and scheduling of all marketing emails, creative brief writing, SMS copywriting, and audience segmentation.

This position is based in Manhattan Beach, CA and requires a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Experience in eCommerce or digital environment preferred.
• Hybrid schedule from Manhattan Beach, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Email & SMS execution and operations; schedule sends in SFMC Content Builder.
• Write briefs for design and QA daily sends; assist with SMS via Attentive.
• Plan, document, and analyze A/B tests; monitor results and insights.
• Coordinate creative assets and ensure correct links, images, and copy.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance insights and dashboards.
