Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Marketing Support Specialist to assist the marketing department in promotions setup and execution. You will input orders, manage expenses, create POs, and help develop signs for campaigns.

Responsibilities include producing marketing collateral, coordinating with the Digital team for store openings, and maintaining promo codes and store messaging. Strong design skills with Photoshop/Canva recommended.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing or related field.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Highly proficient in Excel and basic understanding of financial formulas.
• Basic to advanced proficiency of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Inputting and tracking orders and reconciling expenses.
• Creating purchase orders and assisting in development of signs for campaigns.
• Fulfill store sign/collateral requests and assist with vendor communications.
• Research and track missing items and create/print marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with Digital team to advertise store openings and campaigns.
• Set up discount codes in POS system and report on usage.
• Draft in-store messaging and ensure correct store group deployment.
• Troubleshoot related issues and perform weekly audits of web ads.
