Job summary

Yamaha Outboards is seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Supervisor to lead our Marine Marketing Team in Kennesaw, GA. You will drive lifecycle programs across email and SMS, define segmentation and personalization, and manage a CRM Specialist.

Collaborate with the Digital Transformation (DX) team and stakeholders to scale customer communications. The role requires strategic CRM expertise, leadership experience, and a data-driven approach to improve engagement, loyalty and conversions in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience building audience segmentation and personalization
• Knowledge of CRM analytics and reporting tools
• Experience leading CRM/email projects and programs

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy across email and SMS channels
• Supervise CRM & Email Marketing Specialist
• Own audience segmentation strategy and activation planning
• Develop lifecycle journeys aligned with acquisition, ownership, and retention goals
• Define personalization strategies to improve engagement
• Oversee SMS marketing strategy and audience growth
• Collaborate with DX, Business Groups, and agency partners on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data initiatives
• Build and maintain CRM roadmaps and campaign calendars
• Identify optimization opportunities through testing and segmentation enhancements
• Monitor CRM performance metrics using SFMC, GA4, and Tableau
