Job summary

Power & Tel in Collierville, TN seeks a Sales Support professional to learn CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SXe, PowerBI) and assist Account Managers with customer inquiries, quotes, and order entry. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Wholesale distribution experience is preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SXe, PowerBI) to locate customer and product information and execute quotes and orders.
• Assist Account Managers with customer inquiries and provide quotes or information.
• Conduct outbound call engagements to develop leads for Account Managers in a specified region.
• Forecast and track leads and activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Convey product knowledge to customers, adhering to company messaging and positioning.
• Consult with prospects to solve business challenges and define opportunities for other sales channels.
• Assist Territory Account Manager in recapturing lost customers.
• Maintain customer files and enter quotes and orders while on calls.
• Advise DSMs of pending quotations, bids, and sales possibilities.
• Establish GP% for bids, process returns, and manage back-order reports.
• Maintain contact with Purchasing for stock levels and pricing discrepancies.
