Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication with timely follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and approve quotes based on project specs and guidelines.
• Maintain customer records, sales activity, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and internal teams to support growth.
• Coordinate with field technicians and operations leadership for project alignment.
• Provide guidance on Cover Care products, installation processes, and service requirements.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
• Support revenue growth through proactive engagement and high-quality customer service.
• Participate in cross-functional planning and contribute to departmental decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
