Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Manager, CRM & Digital Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing and omnichannel CRM initiatives across Shiseido, NARS Cosmetics, and Clé de Peau Beauté. You will drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven programs.

You will own the CRM calendar, execute campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail, and develop segmentation strategies using Customer Data Platform insights while collaborating with retailers and an external

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience with CRM technologies (ESPs, CDPs, marketing automation, analytics).
• Strong analytical skills including budget management and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM and digital marketing execution and analytics for omnichannel campaigns across Shiseido brands.
• Own the omnichannel CRM calendar and campaign delivery (email, SMS, direct mail, personalization).
• Develop segmentation, targeting, testing, and personalization leveraging CDP and data insights.
• Partner with retailers and agencies to drive growth and optimize ROI.
