Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Digital CRM Functional – Business Analyst to drive CRM initiatives and transform business processes. You will gather requirements, analyze and document user stories, and work with IT and Operations to implement solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in business analysis, CRM domain exposure, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with agile environments. The role requires independent work and collaboration across teams, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in CRM domain on digital transformation initiatives.
• CRM domain experience; SCM background preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working on agile methodology projects with volatile requirements.
• Certified Scrum Master certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and document business requirement documents for new requirements or change requests.
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements, features, and user stories created by other business analysts.
• Understand business needs, analyze requirements, identify business solutions, and evaluate pros and cons of solution options.
• Participate in and lead requirement gathering workshops.
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
• Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements.
• Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
• Analyze and synthesize business requirements, recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
• Negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between Operations and IT to gather business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries and updates.
• Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop and execute test plans.
