Alo Yoga is seeking a CRM Developer to create personalized messaging across email, SMS, and in‑app channels. You will code responsive templates, implement dynamic logic, and QA campaigns to ensure on-brand experiences.

Collaborating with marketing, design, and engineering, you’ll translate designs from Figma into production-ready templates, optimize customer journeys, and help scale our multi-brand messaging program in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM production or lifecycle marketing operations.
• 1+ years building dynamic HTML/CSS emails in Braze.
• Advanced HTML/CSS for email with responsive layouts.
• Experience with templating languages such as Liquid, Jinja, or Handlebars.
• Comfort with API-powered flows and transactional messaging.
• Strong QA mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, test, and deploy email, SMS, and in‑app campaigns with HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices.
• Translate designs into polished, on‑brand templates optimized for cross‑client compatibility.
• Implement personalization logic using templating languages to power dynamic content.
• Support API‑driven workflows by partnering with Martech and developers.
• Maintain and evolve modular template system for scalable branding.
• Own rigorous QA across devices, platforms, and segmentation logic.
• Apply and validate complex audience segmentation including loyalty triggers.
• Document technical processes and testing frameworks for team knowledge sharing.
