Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a CRM Manager to lead data-driven customer engagement across our brands. You will design and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, manage data pipelines, and partner with data engineering and marketing teams to drive personalization at scale.

The role requires expertise in SQL, Python and Java, ETL/ELT, AWS, and privacy/compliance best practices. You will translate business needs into scalable data platforms, implement testing strategies, and mentor junior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years progressive experience in CRM/data platforms
Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud/Data Lake Objects and audience segmentation
Strong SQL, Python/Java, ETL/ELT, and data modeling skills

Responsibilities

Lead CRM/data platform initiatives across Expedia brands
