Job summary

Expedia Group seeks a CRM Manager to advance customer data platform capabilities, data pipelines, and engagement strategies across brands. You will mentor teammates, design pipelines, and ensure data quality for scalable CRM programs.

You will work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ETL/ELT processes, applying SQL, Python, and Java to deliver reliable data solutions. Remote-friendly, Chicago-area role with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Apply CRM data platform and data integration capabilities to solve business issues and opportunities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and operate largely independently.
• Define how to leverage customer data, audience insights, platform capabilities, and performance metrics to inform strategy and improve engagement.
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data pipelines to support segmentation and activation.
