Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ in Whippany, NJ seeks a Database Administrator/IT Manager to lead CRM operations, ensure data integrity, and guide the Raiser's Edge migration from Blackbaud CRM to Raiser's Edge NXT, working with an external IT vendor.

You will oversee analytics, reporting, security, and year-end processing while coordinating with fundraising and IT teams to streamline processes and protect donor information.

Qualifications

• Real world applied organizational database or CRM experience is essential.
• Experience with Blackbaud products and PowerBI is preferred.
• Ability to manage data privacy and security for donor information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and data management across the organization.
• Oversee daily CRM operations and data entry workflows.
• Produce analytics, reports, and dashboards for staff and leadership.
• Manage CRM system enhancements, integrations, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the Raiser's Edge migration to Raiser's Edge NXT with IT vendor support.
