Job summary

DreamSeat LLC is seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to own CRM data management, inbound lead processing, and end-to-end email campaign deployment. You will ensure accurate lead routing, enrich customer records, and maintain clean marketing lists to support sales follow-up and reporting.

The role is execution-focused, requiring meticulous attention to detail and comfort operating within Zoho CRM and related marketing tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a Zoho CRM platform in a sales support or marketing operations role.
Experience deploying email campaigns using a commercial email marketing platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy across high-volume entry environments.

Responsibilities

Own the daily entry, update, and maintenance of CRM records ensuring accuracy.
Process inbound leads from multiple channels and route to sales representatives.
Create and assign follow-up tasks with notes, source details, and deadlines.
Monitor inbound lead activity to confirm timely ownership and assignment.
Maintain CRM data standards, fields, and naming rules for consistent hygiene.
Support Zoho workflows, reporting, segmentation, and campaigns.
Research and enrich records to improve sales usability.
Coordinate lead generation efforts and assist cross-functional teams.
Document repeatable CRM processes and data-entry standards.
Provide leadership with updates on lead entry and CRM hygiene issues.
