Job summary

Walter P Moore seeks a Marketing Coordinator I to support the Diagnostics Group Marketing Coordinator team by handling data tasks in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but completion of some college coursework and/or equivalent experience upto 3 years' is acceptable.
• Experience with CRM databases and data entry.
• Marketing and business development-related tasks a plus.
• Superior customer focus and service orientation.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to research information and ask questions to qualify project requirements.
• Self-starter with good time management, organization and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional interaction.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications (Excel Intermediate level preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurate CRM data entry.
• Learn data standards and CRM navigation.
• Assist in updating existing CRM records including contact, company, opportunity and project information supporting marketing and business development teams.
• Verify and cross-check data from various internal sources for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform basic record searches and updates.
• Help input historical data based on defined parameters.
• Document entry or clean-up procedures where appropriate.
• Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate records.
• Track the progress of assigned projects and tasks.
• Assist with other data projects & marketing tasks.
