Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing our CRM, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive engagement and growth.

The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline communication, and enhance the client journey. Education and experience vary by position, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in marketing or related

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
2–5 years of marketing experience or related experience.
Experience with CRM systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Assign leads from various sources to sales reps using Oracle.
Ensures CRM data accuracy and completeness.
Implements and maintains CRM best practices.
Provides training and support to other team members on CRM usage.
Monitor the performance of leads and propose lead generation optimizations.
Develop and designs impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
Support the development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Supports marketing events and trade shows
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom objects and fields, reports, dashboards, workflows/processes, and day-to-day CRM tasks.
Assist with various marketing administrative tasks.
Processing and tracking all Marketing invoices.
