DCS Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role supports marketing, proposals, CRM tracking, and business development coordination to help the company pursue and win work.

The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career through ownership of tasks from materials to events and follow-ups, while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, proposal support, or administrative coordination.
• AEC, construction, or heavy civil construction experience is a plus.
• Experience with proposals, CRM systems, events, or marketing coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Unanet or a similar CRM system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce SOQs, proposals, interview materials, and presentations; track deadlines and organize RFP/RFQ documents.
• Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, presentations, project sheets, signage, and branded assets; organize media libraries and project content.
• Assist with social media scheduling, website updates, and digital content coordination.
• Maintain CRM with client contacts, pursuit information, opportunities, and follow-ups; support BD with lead tracking and meeting materials.
• Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, career fairs, client functions, and internal company events.
• Keep marketing and BD files, workflows, templates, and processes organized; support cross-department coordination and process improvements.
