Job summary

Mayo Clinic seeks a CRM Coordinator to oversee daily CRM operations, governance, and data stewardship, ensuring accuracy of opportunities, contracts, and activities. The role partners with leadership to standardize data entry, train the business teams, and build dashboards for growth reporting.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, independent initiative, and deep healthcare knowledge while managing multiple CRM projects and maintaining data integrity under pressure.

Qualifications

• Master's in business, healthcare, analytics, data science or finance with 3 years of related experience; or Bachelor's in above field with 5 years.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and understanding.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
• Work is self-directed; must take initiative and work independently.
• Advanced data management skills in creating, modifying, testing and analysis of CRM functionality is helpful.
• The position requires excellent human relations with strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily CRM functions, data stewardship, documentation of processes, and training the business team.
• Lead CRM process governance, stage management, and standardization of data entry practices.
• Maintains data integrity within CRM systems and develops dashboards and reports related to opportunities, engagement, and growth.
• Lead collaborations to improve CRM governance, reporting and operational efficiency; liaison with Administrative Operations Team and Leadership goals.
• Builds credibility with Mayo business teams to implement improvements.
• Lead collaborations to test CRM functionality and ensure proper action and communication.
• Must understand data repository systems and documentation complexities of client relations management.
• Demonstrates competence and ability to work under pressure and navigate sensitive projects while maintaining relationships.
• Provides leadership in a team environment for managing Mayo Clinic Platform client data.
