Responsibilities

• Manages daily CRM functions, governance, data stewardship, and training.
• Lead CRM process governance, stage management, and data entry standards.
• Maintains data integrity for records, opportunities, contracts, and activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on engagement and growth.
• Collaborate to improve governance, processes, reporting and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison with Administrative Operations Team and Leadership goals.
• Lead testing and improvements of CRM functionality and ensure cross-team coordination.
