Job summary

You will support Field Staff, promote Mayo Clinic's values, and drive process improvements for sustained revenue growth.

The role emphasizes liaison activities, CRM reporting, onboarding and training, and collaboration with Field Directors to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; preferably in business, management or life sciences.
• Five years' experience in customer service or sales support.
• Excellent human relations, management, and communications skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and manage multiple tasks and people.
• 3-5 years direct work unit experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to Sales and Operations; provide updates to Field Staff and drive sales concerns with leadership.
• Gather client/field staff concerns and communicate back to management; track issues and outcomes.
• Oversee Leased Vehicle processes, vendor registration, and CRM reporting.
• Pull Sales metrics, monitor CRM usage, and create reports for Field staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new field staff; cross-functional project support.
