Fox News Media is seeking a CRM Specialist to implement and analyze customer communications across email, push, and in-app messages. You’ll use Braze to craft campaigns and collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Product, and BI to ensure accurate journeys and optimal user experiences.

We’re looking for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a strong proofreader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can coordinate across teams to drive impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or related field.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and copywriting.
• High attention to detail and QA discipline in campaigns.
• Positive, proactive cross-functional collaborator.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Box, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Create, QA, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, desktop, in-app messaging).
• Coordinate and traffic display/video assets across platforms.
• Update marketing assets in Photoshop or Figma to ensure polish.
• Review and refine marketing copy to be on-brand.
• Monitor campaigns and provide actionable insights (CTR, open rate, conversions).
• Conduct A/B tests to improve engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Creative, Product, BI.
