Job summary

Amped Fitness, headquartered in Pompano Beach, is seeking a CRM Manager to oversee daily CRM communications across the company. You will manage campaign production, list segmentation, tagging accuracy, and data hygiene while supporting the broader marketing team with reliable operational execution.

This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms, and collaboration with brand, paid media, and technology teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on CRM, email marketing, or SMS campaign execution experience.
• Experience working in membership, subscription, or customer lifecycle CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Iterable, Customer.io, Attentive, or similar tools.
• Experience managing segmentation, tagging structures, and list hygiene at scale.
• Comfortable editing HTML/CSS for email templates and troubleshooting rendering issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving team.
• Experience with ABC Ignite or comparable fitness CRM systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day CRM communications including email and SMS campaigns for presale and existing gym marketing.
• Build, schedule, QA, and deploy campaigns across CRM and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate member and lead tagging inside CRM systems to support segmentation and reporting.
• Manage list hygiene including bounce handling, unsubscribe management, duplicates, and suppression lists.
• Perform campaign QA including test sends, link validation, dynamic content review, and segmentation checks.
• Support brand and paid media by building audience segments and preparing campaign data.
• Monitor CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance in all email/SMS communications.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to flag system issues and optimize CRM workflows.
