Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience using and configuring Agentforce.
• Experience creating and maintaining customer-ready documentation.
• Ability to communicate with audiences varying in size and seniority.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Promote CRM best practices through Salesforce functionality to support users and enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain workflows and automation to continuously improve the CRM user experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase platform adoption.
• Actively participate in governance processes as a user advocate.
• Document requirements and collaborate closely with the CIO to plan release schedules for new enhancements.
• Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth CRM experience.
