Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a CRM Program Specialist to drive the adoption of the CRM system, promote best practices, and build workflows to improve user experience.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and plan release schedules, while providing Tier 1 support to ensure a reliable CRM environment.
