Qualifications

• 2+ years ad agency experience.
• CRM and Salesforce experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Genesis CRM deliverables and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑department work to meet deadlines.
• Prepare status updates, POVs, and strategy briefs.
• Support budgets and contractual compliance for campaigns.
• Travel to client sites as needed is reimbursable.
