Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Data Account Manager for our Genesis team to manage automotive data infrastructure, identity resolution initiatives, and website campaigns.

The role requires agency or client services experience, strong client management, and the ability to lead multiple projects while staying within budget. Hybrid work—three days in-office—is expected for local SoCal candidates.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in client services within digital marketing or advertising.
• Working knowledge of identity resolution and data security.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and manage expectations daily.
• Provide updates to leadership and solve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to track timelines and progress.
• Present progress to clients and define next steps.
• Lead internal and client reviews and maintain status docs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of client business, pricing, products, channels, and competition.
• Oversee junior staff.
