Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current California RN license and unit competency within 6 months (NRP, PALS, NIHSS).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line day-to-day operational supervision of nursing services.
• Facilitate and improve patient movement and bed utilization.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Support department goals and budget through staffing and productivity management.
• Lead shift rounds, staff coordination, and problem solving to ensure safety and efficiency.
