• Provides first-line day-to-day operational supervision of nursing services and allocation of personnel in assigned functional unit/area.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure healthcare team/staff provide high quality, cost-effective and patient-focused care that complies with all organizational, departmental, local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and improve patient movement in and out of the department.
• Provide first-line day-to-day operational supervision of nursing services and allocation of personnel.
