Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Critical Care Tech to support patients on a 7PM–7AM shift in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. You will assist with daily living activities under RN supervision, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, and help maintain safety and high-quality care.

ACLS/BLS basics are required, with CSP/CCT alignment on orientation. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a High School/GED diploma will fit this role well, joining a team dedicated to patient-centered care and

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 0-2 years experience required.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• Internal CCT program knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and follow precautions.
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, point-of-care testing, EKGs, Foley care.
• Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RN.
• Reinforce patient and family education on care needs and safety.
• Participate in competency training and orientation.
