Job summary

MetroHealth in Berea, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West). This full-time role features bi-weekly hours and rotating shifts, with opportunities to work with advanced telemetry and patient monitoring technologies.

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, perform EKG interpretation, manage central lines, and assist with bedside procedures. A current Ohio RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required or obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS for healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West).
• Perform EKG interpretation and central line care.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) and support care delivery.
