Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus - Glick is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. You will provide patient-focused care for adults with conditions like CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, using advanced telemetry and bedside procedures.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 1 year of RN experience for PRN; BSN preferred. You'll collaborate with PCNAs, clinicians, and therapists on rotating day/night shifts with weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit 7 West.
• Perform EKG interpretation and monitor telemetry.
• Assist with bedside procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, Providers, PT/OT to coordinate patient care.
