Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, on the MetroHealth Main Campus. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with conditions like CHF, COPD, DKA and sepsis while utilizing telemetry, EKG interpretation and central line management.

Collaboration with PCNAs, interns, providers and therapy teams is essential. Shifts are rotating 7a-7p/7p-7a with weekends/holidays rotating; bi-weekly hours total 72.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers; ACLS certification preferred or required within 6 months.
